How would my bonus to players that shared a color or alignment translate? +1/+1 isn't really a CnC term.

Here are the alignments and defining characteristics for Metallic Dragons

Gold-(LG) Gold dragons are the most powerful of the metallic dragons (in some versions they are the strongest of all dragons), and the most dedicated to defeating evil. They spend the bulk of their lives in human form, seeking out evil and punishing wrongdoers to the best of its considerable abilities. Its typical mode of operation runs roughly along the lines of a sting operation: the dragon will listen for stories of dangerous or evil creatures or persons, then reveal its true form and mete out punishment. They prefer to turn villains over to law enforcement if available, but will ultimately take whatever actions they deem necessary in order to see justice served. They are best summarized as the paladins of the draconic world.

Personality and MOtivation
Unlike many species of dragons, gold dragons have a very firm and hierarchical social structure, encompassing all members of the species. This structure always has one gold dragon as its leader who serves until he/she either dies or steps down. At that time, all gold dragons congregate and choose the next leader of their kind. Sometimes two dragons may be chosen; in such cases, the two will share the duties of leadership. The position of leader, or 'top dragon,' does not so much involve the maintenance of order - gold dragons are famous for their good behavior - so much as the dispensing of advice and wisdom to any dragons who ask for it. Gold dragons are voracious learners, and they tend to become very wise and worldly as they age. They freely share their knowledge and experience to anyone who asks, dragon or not. In fact, it is not unknown for a gold Great Wyrm to take the form of a scholarly professor in order to spread its knowledge at some human center of higher education.

Combat-wise, gold dragons prefer to talk rather than to fight. They will never engage in combat if they believe it is unnecessary. Once they believe it is necessary, however, they are amazingly powerful opponents. Their ability to breathe fire rivals that of the eldest red dragons, and they will pour their entire being into a battle against evil. Gold dragons dislike killing, but they do not hesitate to do so if it is necessary in order to defeat an evil foe.

Silver-(LG-NG) Silver dragons are the second most powerful of the metallic dragons, and are true friends to all. The silver dragon enjoys the company of humans and elves so much that it will often take the form of a human or elf and live among them for the majority of its life. It should be noted that silvers, like all dragons, believe themselves the most superior creatures in the world. However, apart from the ability to fly, which they enjoy greatly, they tend to prefer the physical forms of humanoids for everyday life.

Personality and Motivation
Unlike the gold or bronze dragon, the silver dragon does not usually go out of its way to bring justice on the world. Instead, it waits for others to ask them for help. They will attempt to right an injustice if they see one, but they have no inclination to intentionally seek evil out and destroy it. Silver dragons are more interested in protecting the humans or elves it has come to care for than in looking for evil. Like most metallic dragons, silvers do not enjoy combat, and are averse to killing. If forced to fight, however, they are as deadly as any other dragon. To a silver dragon, honor means more than life. Silvers choose silence over lies and keep their word. even when doing so places them in opposition against creatures of their alignment. For example, a good aligned silver dragon sworn to guard an oracle from all intruders discourages any adventurers the oracle, regardless of their reason, and attempts to destroy those who disregard the warning- after offering them the option to retreat.

Bronze-(LG-LN)Duty-bound and honorable to a fault, bronze dragons commit themselves to order and are among the greatest and most devout champions of that ideal. To a bronze dragon, there is no greater calling than to ensure a universe governed by law, where chaos andcorruption can gain no foothold. For most bronze dragons, enforcing justice in their lands is enough. But for a few, only absolute order can sate their ethical hunger-even ifit means they must act as despots
and tyrants, for the ends justi fy the means. As a result, bronze dragons come into conflict with other peoples, even when their values and beliefs are not worlds apart.

PERSONALITY AND MOTIVATIONS
Bronze dragons have an elevated sense of purpose, belieVing their way is the proper way. Disagreement, they believe, arises from willful ignorance, and they have little patience for fools. A bronze dragon doesn't debate and doesn't argue, and if someone pushes the dragon, it might react with violence. Infact, most conflicts with bronze dragons arise from misunderstandings. .... Bronze dragons see the world in black and white, right and wrong, and they choose not to appreciate the subtlety of gray. Disappointment and frustration with humanoid subterfuge might lead a bronze dragon to act rashly, destroying an entire population out of misapprehension. Even if it is later shown to have been wrong, the dragon would not feel regret and would see the tragedy as being brought on by the dishonesty of its victims.

Copper-(CG-CN) Charismatic, sly, and witty, copper
dragons are by far the cleverest and most interesting ofdragons-or so they say. Schemers and thieves, coppers tend to be charming scoundrels. Even the evil members of the race flaunt their glibness and ironic sense ofhumor. Quick-witted, clever creatures, copper dragons cultivate their lively senses of humor. They delight in outfoxing and deceiving enemies, and they love a good jest- as long as it isn't directed at them.

Personality and Motivation
They are born tricksters and jokesters. They are quite devious and clever, but their intent is purely benign. They do not seek to harm 'lesser' creatures, but merely wish to impress them with superior intelligence and wit, and to fool them with clever pranks & When it comes to combat, copper dragons prefer to avoid it. Rather than fighting openly, they prefer to taunt, humiliate, and tease their opponents until they simply give up and run away. Their ability to dramatically slow opponents often gives them ample time to run away. When forced, however, a copper dragon will fight to the very end, and is an incredibly devious antagonist. Their acid breath is not to be taken lightly.

Brass- (CG-CN)
Although weaker than many other varieties of dragonkind, brass dragons are still powerful creatures by any measure. They have a strong mercenary streak and often agrce to serve as guardians or battle champions for anyone "villing to pay SUitably well. Placid and curious, brass dragons are among the most talkative ofdragons and are slow to anger. Even
in battle, brass dragons are rarely cruel or vengeful, and they frequently allow beaten enemies to retreat. However, they are still dragons-conceited, proud, touchy creatures.

Personality and Motivation
Like other dragons, brass dragons take offense at rude or disrespectful behavior. However, when other dragons might lash out in anger, brass dragons are more likely to break offa conversation
and leave. Anyone foolish enough to persist in the face ofsuch a clear warning sign deserves whatever he or she gets. Shameless mercenaries, brass dragons readily strike deals to fight in exchange for rich rewards. The better ones rigorously fulfill their bargains, but lesshonorable members of the race are lazy and dishonest and have a nasty habit ofbreaking inconvenient deals if something better comes along. Pure self-interest governs most brass dragons, and they never take sides without first asking, "What's in this for me?"

Adamantine Dragon (NG-N)
Also known as cave dragons, or occasionally Underdark dragons. adamantine dragons are little known on the surface world. Although not the most intelligentof dragons. adamantine dragons are far smarter than their brutish, short-tempered behavior would suggest. Highly territorial and exceptionally proud (even for a dragon), an adamantine dragon demands obedienceand respect in its petty kingdom, and it mightkilt intruders without question. That said, ifan
explorer talks quickly and is respectful , an adamantine dragon won't necessarily be hostile. It
might be willing to enter into treaties, agreements,or alliances with its neighbors. On the other hand, offering a single insult isoften enough to sour negotiations or trigger aninstant attack. Adamantine dragons brook disrespectfrom nobody, and ignorance or carelessness is not an acceptable excuse.
