im all about combat always have been always will be, its were my roleplayin shines...im a man of quick slices, 91 crit roll 20's that pierces opponents hearts and killing blows...Always love playin a fighter on the frontlines so if this system u guys are brewing is done by the time i get some time off id love to try it out...

Classes?

This got me thinking of magical items.

What kind of magic would work in this type of campaign.

They would make one more powerful. Everyone is a magical item in their own right.

Sword of Havoc
. Every swing of this mighty two handed sword send lesser men running in fear
This item will effect groups of mobs causing mass chaos. Imagine an army breaking rank cause one man is terrorizing them.

Robes of the lesser one
. When these robes are worn on a sunny day all who view it must save or think you are a divine entity and stare transfixed in awe for x rounds


Buffs would do wonders on a mass scale


Trying to think outside of the box with this scenario.

Out of semi-boredom and excitement I have begun work on character classes for a d20 siege engine system that would work for the sort of campaign mentioned in this thread, aptly code named Shitting Dick Nipples the RPG. I'll try to post some when I'm done with the first three classes(Swordsman, Marksman, Berserker)

sounds like alot of gudtimes to be had, lol a campaign were every pc is legendary in his own right, i say eventually we would be neigh unto gods if we werent fighting them! Or even venturing into the nine hells to fight asmodeus himself...HA!!!! could you picture a campaign venturing through each level of hell?!

Yeah, right now I'm just burning off some of my overflowing creative energy. I'd love to have a solid group for this whether I'm behind or in front of the DM's screen. Something like what we used to have on Wednesdays at Jim's.
