Tomorrow our heroes continue on their divinely appointed mission to capture the king of The Blackscale Tribe.  Can they wipe the slate clean and actually carry one task to fruition or will they once again stumble about like untrained mummers?

Well in all fairness you guys have done better against Lizardmen than you have against Bullywugs, Cultist and Spiders. Lots of treasure if you guys succeed.

succeeding would require us being able to hit something. and right now some of us can barely hit the broad side of a barn

Very true, you guys are fighting lames with AC from 13-15 and you guys never hit. Not the Fighters with minimum +3(roll of 10 on d20 to hit) to hit not the lesser Fighter-types with +1(roll of 12 on d20 to hit) to hit, but the rogues and wizards seem to be able to hit fine. lol.

The adventure continues in an interesting direction as even more stories converge on the aptly named Blackscale Swamp...

New people should be given another chance!! So in-between the hostility because no one cared to explain to said new people how the main parties personality was and the excessive noise from stinky ass yugio players things obviously got misinterpreted. I figured i would take the time to explain sense said new people apparently keep up with the forum.

Alan/alaster: "No new friends" This is a private joke that not even i was ever explained. Don't take it personal. It doesn't mean anything. Until alan warms up to you don't take anything he says to you personal in any way unless its nice. He's strange and likes to flip tables and we love picking on him for it. Its just how he is again don't take it personal.

Donrick: This guy used to sleep through sessions and only wake up when his character was fixing to die, do some bad ass shit that saves the whole party, and then go back to sleep. Hes not a talker at all. DONT TAKE IT PERSONAL.

Lian: Hes loud and can be intimidating but once you get to know him you find out that hes an awesome person.

Toney: Will forever be a nephelim that runs away from new people and fights. Its just his personality so if he ignores you don't take it personal thats just how it is. He always sits back and plays with his majic cards. its just him. He hardly talks to the party thats been there for months or even years.

Chad: He looks like a dwarf, you cant miss him all he needs is an axe and hes good to go. Hes probably the most open to people (new people haven't met him yet, he missed last session)

Patt: BIG HUNK OF COCO!! Its a big joke that alan was his bf and i stole him from pat. Everyone says pat and I share alan. Its a big joke, yes i know its weird, you will get used to it in time.

Darnel: Generally likes to find a way to destroy the whole party with one session (jk, kinda) however in this campaign hes the parties leader and does a decent job of it.

Nikki/Racheal: Im new to rp in general and being the only female there I have a limited amount of knowledge to rp plus i a lot of the time feel that i have to yell over people to be herd. its what lem means when he says "i speak nikki". You will get used to it. Their are some things you will have to bear with me about however. Im open to new people but only if they are open to me, I am open to learning from other people especially about role play but i like to learn on my own. For example if i see that your can rp yourself around a fight and get awesome exp from it, ill try it but you have to be open with me about what your doing. Hiding it from me wont help me learn anything and hiding it from the party wont get you any brownie points with anyone else.


I feel if we can ALL go into a session with positive thoughts about new people then this could work. Before me people didnt even think of bringing females and babys to rp but i made it work didn't i? Not all new people are going to be random!!!

Tips for future references:

Try listening to someones plan fully before you decide its stupid. If you don't understand something try restating it in your point of view instead of just cutting people off. Sometimes you may have misheard things.

Dont always assume new people are evil

If you think something questionable is going on speak up

If you don't understand how someone got from point A to point B and it seems they ran away with the campaign (kinda like pat likes to do, and how i used to do) then ask questions, Dont just sit there and be mad.

Finally, Don't assume that someone thinks he knows it all just because hes been playing longer. If i had that mentality then i would hate my own fiance for the simple fact that hes confident in his playing ability and because hes been playing way longer than i have.

Long story short: Lets try it one more time!! New people can be awesome!!

Anessa(Cambria) used to play regularly and at one point we ran sessions at her house, at the time she was either Patrick's or Khourie's lady.  Laura and both of her sisters have played with the group as well.  You're not the first and I think she was making sure you knew that she was the Original Girl.  Or Original Original Girl.
