How do member gain power? through rank, rank gains them privileges.
This goes especially well when we have many members.
Sooo, Every guild member gets a rank. Great for them b/c they are the first to join. With rank they get guild responsibilities.

Obviously we cant ask them to quit their day job, especially cause we dont have enough work for them. Secondly they are already skilled and they have connections, either through WORK or life.
