NY Comic Con

Ok peeps... That dates for The Con are October 8-10. I want to get a head count just to see who all is interested in going. The site say that you get a discount if you get 10 or more tickets, but it doesn't say how much it is. The prices are as follows:

Weekend pass - $50
Friday pass - $30
Saturday pass - $40
Sunday pass - 30.

I know everyone I have talked about going is interested in getting the full weekend pass. So just let me know if you are interested, how many tickets you will want, and what type of ticket you want.

Like I said, just trying to get a head count. I would like to get our tickets before September 10 so that they will be mailed to us. The last time I went, I printed off tickets, and the line to get your actual ticket was so long and then you had to wait in line to get into the actual convention center. So if they are mailed to us, it will be a lot easier.

How much for 4' little boys? I'll probably pay for Laura, Gabe and Satan... how much for babies?

Who Needs A Ticket

All attendees five-years-old and up need a ticket to enter the New York Comic Con on October 8 and 9, 2010. Children 12 and under are admitted for free on Kids Day — Sunday, October 10, 2010. Children 12 or under must show proof of age to be admitted for free on Kids Day. Please note, NYCC recommends all children under 18 attend with an adult, and all children under 13 must have an adult with them while at the con.

I didn't go last year, I went like two years ago, I think. There were a lot of people there, but it didn't seem that packed at all. You have to realize that some people only go one day. That is what I did... Only went on Saturday. So, its not that many people there all at one time.

Still not sure about the whole weekend. It depends on the discount if 10 people go and the rate for a whole weekend. If its worth it I might just buy it and only go one day.

yep...children shouldnt go to things like this. its gritty and manly. they should have a special section for them for the archie comics and stuff. DC has gone down the path of raping and murdering. I wouldnt want to expose my child to that. Now with all that dark and gloomy stuff out of the way....Who's dressing up. lol
